Die Deutsche Rentenversicherung Rheinland sucht einen Administrator für Dokumentenproduktion zur Unterstützung der Druckabteilung am Standort Düsseldorf. Der Bewerber sollte eine Ausbildung als IT-Fachkraft abgeschlossen haben und Erfahrung mit Linux/Windows-Servern mitbringen. Zu den Aufgaben gehören das Vorbereiten von Dokumenten für spezielle Druckverfahren, die Wartung der benötigten Hardware sowie die Unterstützung des Teams. Qualifikationen

• Wenn möglich, haben Sie eine Ausbildung als IT-Fachkraft oder eine vergleichbare relevante Qualifikation abgeschlossen.
• Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Linux- und Windows-Servern sowie erforderlichen Skriptsprachen.
• Kenntnisse über Druckspooling-Systeme wie VPS/X oder PRISMA.

For our IT service provider Deutsche Rentenversicherung NOW IT GmbH, we are looking for the following person in the Infrastructure Services division for the Competence Center (KC) Printing, Carrier Printing team at the Düsseldorf site at the earliest possible date

Administrator for document production (f/m/d)

The Print Competence Center and the Carrier Printing team are responsible for the production of all central and in-house print outputs. They operate, monitor and maintain all production machines. In addition to the high-performance printing and inserting machines, machines for individual printing and the processing of print products such as magazines, posters etc. are operated with the corresponding finishing systems (binding machines etc.).

As an administrator, you will support us with, among other things

• Preparing and providing all electronic accessible documents for processing by the special printing department in accordance with the quality standards for accessible products
• Configuration and maintenance of the hardware and software required for the creation of accessible products (e.g. large print, Braille, audio and text CDs)
• Design and production of chip cards including functional testing
• Administration and maintenance of all hardware and software to be used for the tasks
• Implementation of all necessary backup and fallback scenarios according to Kritis standard in the area of responsibility

Your Qualification

If possible, you have completed training as an IT specialist specializing in system integration or training as a media or graphic designer or a comparable relevant qualification at level 4 of the German Qualifications Framework.

We would also like you to have

• Experience in the administration of Linux and Windows servers and necessary scripting languages
• Knowledge of print spooling systems such as VPS/X or PRISMA
• Knowledge of Adobe CC, Adobe Indesign
• Basic knowledge of IT security and data protection as well as ITIL
• Experience in project work and process management
