Description and Requirements

The ideal candidate must be able to work on a full-time basis from our office in Essen.

You will be responsible for:
  • Managing written correspondence for the Works Council
  • Organizing and coordinating Works Council meetings and sessions
  • Taking minutes and documenting meetings
  • Preparing reports and presentations for Works Council activities
  • Maintaining and updating company co-determination documents
  • Overseeing Works Council correspondence
  • Handling various organizational and administrative tasks related to the Works Council's work

Your profile:
  • Excellent proficiency in English and German (C1 level), with strong communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows, Google Workspace, and Workday
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining professional discretion
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to create clear, concise presentations
  • Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Solid administrative management and document handling experience
