To strengthen our teams, we are looking for an Administrative Coordinator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible based at our headquarters in Bad Homburg (near Frankfurt am Main).

Your Tasks
- Support for expressions of interest (LoIs, EoIs) and pre-qualifications (PQs)
- Select project and regional references relevant to the project, following the guidelines of the project manager responsible.
- Adjust standard texts to meet current requirements stipulated in the terms of reference.
- Ensure timely and proper dispatching of documents, and track the consignment until final delivery.
- Compile legal, financial, reference, and other necessary documentation according to formal requirements concerning completeness, form, and validity.
- Identify technical experts and partners in consultation with the project manager.
- Format the entire technical proposal consistently and accurately.
- Perform final checks for completeness and forward the proposal for quality review.
A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US
Your Profile
- You have an academic degree in social or business sciences or relevant studies, or equivalent vocational education.
- You possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English, German, and at least one of French or Spanish.
- You are fully proficient in Microsoft 365, with attention to detail.
- You enjoy working with graphic tools and style applications.
- You like to work and interact with people in an international environment.
- You are fully computer literate.
- You can manage tasks effectively, even under high workload and tight deadlines.
