To strengthen our teams, we are looking for an Administrative Coordinator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible based at our headquarters in Bad Homburg (near Frankfurt am Main).

Your Tasks
  1. Support for expressions of interest (LoIs, EoIs) and pre-qualifications (PQs)
  2. Select project and regional references relevant to the project, following the guidelines of the project manager responsible.
  3. Adjust standard texts to meet current requirements stipulated in the terms of reference.
  4. Ensure timely and proper dispatching of documents, and track the consignment until final delivery.
  5. Compile legal, financial, reference, and other necessary documentation according to formal requirements concerning completeness, form, and validity.
  6. Identify technical experts and partners in consultation with the project manager.
  7. Format the entire technical proposal consistently and accurately.
  8. Perform final checks for completeness and forward the proposal for quality review.

Your Profile
  1. You have an academic degree in social or business sciences or relevant studies, or equivalent vocational education.
  2. You possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English, German, and at least one of French or Spanish.
  3. You are fully proficient in Microsoft 365, with attention to detail.
  4. You enjoy working with graphic tools and style applications.
  5. You like to work and interact with people in an international environment.
  6. You are fully computer literate.
  7. You can manage tasks effectively, even under high workload and tight deadlines.
