Friebi GmbH in Rheinland-Pfalz sucht eine engagierte Fachkraft für die Planung und Koordination von Liefer- und Produktionsabläufen im Schmuckbereich. Sie planen Arbeitsvorbereitung, koordinieren Einkäufe und überwachen Materialien sowie Termine.

Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit und verfügen idealerweise über Erfahrung in der Schmuckbranche. Wir bieten Einbindung ins Team, Onboarding und attraktive Zusatzleistungen.

Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung in Planung, Einkauf und/oder Arbeitsplanung von Vorteil.
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

• Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Schmuckbranche

Aufgaben

• Planung und Überwachung von Liefer- und Produktionsplänen unter Berücksichtigung von Kundenanforderungen, Kapazität und Materialverfügbarkeit
• Planung und Koordination der Arbeitsvorbereitung bei Schmuckaufträgen – von der Auftragserfassung bis zur termingerechten Fertigstellung
• Bedarfsanalyse, Beschaffung und Terminplanung von Schmuckmaterialien, Bauteilen und Waren
• Koordination mit Lieferanten, internen Abteilungen sowie Produktion und Logistik für einen reibungslosen Auftragsablauf
• Überwachung von Lagerbeständen, Lieferzeiten und offenen Bestellungen sowie Ergreifen entsprechender Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen
• Pflege und Aktualisierung relevanter Auftrags-, Termin- und Materialdaten und Gewährleistung transparenter Prozesse in der gesamten Lieferkette

• Management and monitoring of delivery and production schedules, taking into account customer requirements, capacity, and material availability
• Planning and coordinating the work preparation for jewelry orders, from order entry through on-time completion
• Demand Assessment, Procurement, and Scheduling of Jewelry Materials, Components, and Merchandise
• Coordination with suppliers, internal departments, and Production and Logistics to ensure smooth order processing
• Monitoring inventory levels, delivery times, and open orders, and taking appropriate action in the event of discrepancies
• Maintaining and updating relevant order, schedule, and material data, and ensuring transparent processes throughout the supply chain

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed business training and initial experience in scheduling, purchasing, and/or work planning are a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
• A structured, independent, and organized approach to work
• Proficiency with common MS Office programs
• Ideally, experience in the jewelry industry
