For our department Group Treasury, Insurance & Corporate Risk we are seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant (f/m/d).

The team manages global liquidity, financing, and financial risk. It ensures efficient cash flow, oversees banking relationships, and supports the company's financial stability through strategic treasury operations.

In this position the key objective is to ensure smooth and efficient support of daily operations, enabling the team to focus on strategic financial management and risk control in a global environment.

You will directly report to the position Director Group Treasury, Insurance & Corporate Risk. Your place of work is Heidelberg, Germany.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

  • Independently and reliably provide administrative support to the Director of Group Treasury, Insurance & Corporate Risk, ensuring smooth execution of all organizational and administrative tasks
  • Actively support the Group Treasury and Group Insurance & Corporate Risk teams, contributing to departmental projects and daily operations
  • Assist in the administration of treasury management and banking systems with precision and consistency
  • Maintain and coordinate calendars, ensuring appointments and deadlines are managed efficiently
  • Plan and organize business trips, including preparation of travel documents and handling of logistics
  • Process travel expense reimbursements in SAP accurately and in compliance with internal guidelines
  • Prepare meetings by assembling relevant materials in advance and managing all logistical aspects for a seamless experience
