Jobbeschreibung

The Ad Strategy Manager will join the core Ad Monetization Hub and collaborate closely with franchise game teams to deploy optimal ad monetization strategies and best practices that enhance retention and drive long-term growth objectives. In addition, work with the marketing, data and platforms teams to develop engagement and monetization strategies for individual games and the entire Stillfront game portfolio.

YOUR MISSION

  1. Develop and execute ad monetization strategies to increase ARPDAU and overall ad revenue.
  2. Identify new monetization opportunities, like innovative ad formats, direct deals, and hybrid ad strategies.
  3. Leverage ad performance data and A/B testing to identify high-impact optimizations.
  4. Establish and maintain KPIs for ad revenue performance, regularly reporting findings and strategic recommendations.
  5. Work closely with game studios to align ad strategy with user experience and player engagement.
  6. Partner with engineering teams to implement and test new ad placements and mediation settings.
  7. Collaborate with UA & product teams to ensure a balanced approach between ads and IAP.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve our products.

YOUR BACKSTORY

  1. 3+ years of experience in mobile ad monetization, ad operations, or ad strategy (gaming industry preferred).
  2. Strong knowledge of mediation platforms (e.g., IronSource / LevelPlay, MAX, AdMob), ad networks, and mobile game genres.
  3. Proficiency in identifying ad opportunities through A/B testing additional ad placements, segmentation rules, and ad formats, supported by data analytics.
  4. Proven track record of increasing ad revenue through strategic optimizations.
  5. Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable revenue-driving strategies.
  6. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with ad networks and partners.
  7. Self-starter with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  8. Familiarity with JIRA, Google Data Studio, Looker.
  9. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data & translate insights into actionable plans.
  10. Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
  11. Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations and preferences.
