We are looking for two talented and creative Ad Labeling Assistant to join our team on a freelance basis. If you are passionate about creating engaging content, have a flair for storytelling, and enjoy working remotely, we want to hear from you!

Tasks
  • Watch and evaluate social media ads and content, tagging key elements (tone, format, creator style, hooks, etc.).
  • Help build and refine our internal Ads DNA labeling system to improve how we understand and categorize ad content.
  • Identify emerging content trends, creator styles, and performance patterns across platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to surface insights based on labeled content.
Requirements
  • Active user of social platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) with firsthand experience creating and posting content.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, creator styles, and what performs well in short-form video.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to categorize and tag content accurately.
  • Comfortable working with large volumes of content and repetitive tasks without losing quality.
  • Flexibility to work from anywhere.
