Mission

The Activity Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring first-time quality by managing compliance requirements, skills and capabilities of workers, and tools. This includes developing and applying technical specifications and QAPs, monitoring regulatory and customer requirements, managing audits (customer, special processes, ISO 9100), creating and reporting quality indicators, performing FAIs, conducting internal audits, managing stamps, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, proposing corrective and preventive actions, handling anomalies and non-conformities, and processing customer feedback with 8D reports as needed.

Candidate Profile

The candidate must work onsite at Airbus Helicopter Donauwörth, with access to a military equipment manufacturing site. Requirements include a professional degree (preferably in Quality), 3-5 years of aerospace experience, audit and quality tool proficiency, strong knowledge of aerospace standards (ISO9001, EN9100, PART21, PART145), computer skills, analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in English and technical English. German language skills are preferred.
