The Activity Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring first-time quality by managing compliance requirements, worker skills, and tools. Key responsibilities include developing technical specifications and QAPs, monitoring regulatory compliance, managing audits (customer, ISO 9100, etc.), creating quality indicators, performing FAIs and internal audits, managing tool stamps, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, proposing corrective actions, handling anomalies, and processing customer feedback with 8D reports when necessary.
The candidate must work on-site at Airbus Helicopter Donauwörth, with access to military equipment production. Requirements include a professional degree (preferably in Quality), 3-5 years of aerospace experience, familiarity with audit and quality tools, strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards (ISO9001, EN9100, PART21, PART145), computer skills, analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in English and German.
Creating and managing training modules, overseeing the Godfathering process, logistical support for training, conducting theoretical and technical training, evaluating trainee satisfaction, monitoring training performance, reporting skills via SKILL software, and ensuring adherence to Quality, FOD, and HSE policies.
