The Quality Manager's key responsibilities include ensuring first-time right delivery by managing compliance with requirements, skills, capabilities, and tools. Responsibilities also involve developing and applying technical specifications and QAPs, monitoring compliance with regulations and customer requirements, managing audits (external, customer, ISO 9100), creating and reporting quality indicators, performing FAIs, conducting internal audits, auditing tool validity, managing stamps, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, proposing corrective and preventive actions, handling anomalies and non-conformities, and processing customer feedback with 8D reports if necessary.
The candidate must work onsite at Airbus Helicopter Donauwörth, with access to a facility producing military equipment. Requirements include a professional degree, preferably with a specialization in Quality, or experience as a Quality inspector with 5 years in aerospace. 3-5 years' experience in aerospace or related wiring/services areas is preferred. Skills in audit, quality tools, aerospace regulations (ISO9001, EN9100, PART21, PART145), software proficiency, analytical and communication skills, and strong English language skills are required. German language skills are preferred.
Creating and managing training modules, overseeing the Godfathering process, logistical management for training, conducting technical training sessions, analyzing trainee satisfaction, evaluating post-training performance, documenting training activities, reporting skills, providing SKILL training, and managing staff skills using SKILL software. Adherence to Quality, FOD, and HSE policies is also essential.
