We are looking for natural leaders to help organize and deliver activities, events, and excursions for our student body. Every day offers unique experiences, from taking students on trips to leading fun activities and events. These roles are full-time, flexible, and involve evening and weekend shifts (Monday to Friday: mornings and evenings; plus Saturday or Sunday full days).

Responsibilities

• Lead groups of international students during activities, events, ceremonies, and day trips
• Create a lively atmosphere and deliver excellent customer service during excursions
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of students, including completing risk assessments and managing emergencies according to EF policies
• Collaborate with co-leaders and the Student Support and Events Manager to improve future activities and trips
• Follow the EF behavior code and report any issues to management immediately
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Activity Manager

Requirements

• Highly motivated, energetic, positive, sociable, and outgoing
• Confident in managing and leading student groups
• Organized, thorough, able to use initiative, and work independently
• Capable of handling difficult situations calmly and effectively
• Respectful of cultural differences and attentive to international students' needs
• Flexible with work hours and approach
• First Aid trained (preferred but not essential)
• Experience with 10-14-year-olds (preferred but not essential)
