JOB OPENING

  • Title: ACS Administrative Support Services
  • Location: Panzer Kaserna Stuttgart, Germany
  • Start Date: Immediately
  • Job Type: Part-Time On-Call (PTOC)
PTOC: Hourly Flexible = Substitute and replace personnel for planned and unplanned absences at the ACS administrative office. Personnel should be available on short notice.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide Administrative Program Support services to the ACS Division.
  • Providing on-site, non-personal services to provide technical and program support on all administrative and management functions including, but not limited to planning, programming, assessments, inspections, training, data processing, equipment, property and logistics management, reporting, and general office management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of four (4) years' experience in office administration or related field.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in Military Family Service Programs.
  • The ability to present information orally and in written format (i.e. marketing, correspondence, minutes, professional emails, etc.)
  • Read, write, and speak English at Level 4 (fluency).
  • Effective interaction with various individuals is imperative.
