Our Technical Center
The Eurostyle Systems Tech Center GmbH (ESG) has been created as an independent Technical Center since 01.01.2020. Previously part of Schaefer Oesterle GmbH, ESG has been responsible for project development, implementation, and industrial support for Schaefer Oesterle's production sites in Germany and Hungary. Since 2018, Schaefer Oesterle was integrated into Eurostyle Systems, part of GMD Group. ESG now handles new projects at the Eurostyle Systems branch level.
Aufgaben
As Acquisition Costing Leader, you play a critical role during the project acquisition phase. You are responsible for evaluating the technical and economic feasibility of customer requests and formalizing costed proposals that align with business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and competitive solutions for our clients.
Education & Experience:
Degree in Engineering (Master’s or equivalent), preferably in plastics processing, mechanical, or industrial engineering
3-5 years of relevant experience in project costing, preferably in an industrial environment
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in plastic injection, tooling, assembly, and sheathing
Technical Skills:
Proficient in costing techniques and project budgeting
Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Ability to translate technical inputs into clear cost estimations
Familiarity with collaborative tools (e.g., Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
Knowledge of quality and process optimization principles
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments
Customer-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership and responsibility
Adaptable, curious, and proactive in identifying cost-saving opportunities
