About The Role:

We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Accounts Receivable Analyst reports directly to the VP of Finance and focuses on managing all transactional aspects of a digital partner settlement platform and related business operations.

We seek a highly analytical and detail-oriented candidate to manage and optimize our accounts receivable processes, leveraging advanced Excel skills, various financial systems, and handling multi-currency transactions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-focused, and committed to maintaining accurate financial records.

What You’ll Do:

• Client billing and account analysis, including preparing client monthly statements and distribution
• Ensure timely collection of dues
• Ensure timely and accurate client invoicing for gift cards and marketing campaigns
• Recommend improvements to invoicing and collection procedures
• Weekly reporting of invoicing totals, aging, cash receipts, and adjustments
• Enhance internal analysis to improve operational efficiencies
• Coordinate with technical, legal, and finance teams for reconciliation and reporting
• Perform detailed data analysis of contracts and ensure contractual compliance
• Participate in organizational and process improvements for settlement procedures
• Develop a standardized global settlement onboarding process across all clients and territories
• Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, PivotTables, Power Query) for data analysis and presentation
• Navigate financial systems for invoicing, payments, credit management, and dispute resolution
• Process and reconcile transactions in multiple currencies, managing exchange rates and fluctuations

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of experience in accounts receivable analysis, billing, currency conversions, and collections
• Knowledge of US GAAP
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional Excel skills and proficiency in spreadsheets
• Experience with financial systems like electronic funds transfer, ACH, or similar systems is a plus
• Database experience, including creating custom queries
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams
