Accounts Receivable Accountant (all genders)

Your responsibilities include:

• Revenue and receivables postings, including fees related to payment transactions
• Transfer and allocation of received payments to customer accounts in the accounts receivable subledger
• Reconciliation of receivables
• Transfer from subledger to SAP general ledger and reconciliation of general and subledgers
• Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Executing outgoing payments and posting them

Processing of:

• Customer inquiries with an accounting background (via Customer Care)
• Requests for information from public prosecutors regarding customers
• Factoring and collections notifications
• Bank inquiries

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in accounts receivable management, preferably in an international trading company
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong affinity for numbers
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
