Thinkfind is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to provide essential administrative support for an environmental sciences organization. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Ideally, you have at least two years of experience in similar administrative or project coordination roles, preferably within an environmental, transportation, or engineering setting. A strong understanding of purchase order processes, invoice coding, and data organization is essential. Experience working with SAP and Coupa software is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and document management systems is required, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
