JOB PURPOSE
The overall purpose of this role is to ensure customer support, order planning, and coordination in our operational department (office-based).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Handling customer inquiries and orders from both domestic and international clients.
2. Coordinating and organizing tasks to ensure timely completion.
3. Providing written and telephone customer support.
4. Receiving and entering orders into our internal system.
5. Sharing responsibility for order processing and monitoring deadlines.

EDUCATION

• Chemical background is preferred (CTA, chemical laboratory technician, chemistry student)

EXPERIENCE

• Office experience not mandatory
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, customer-focused
• Flexible, resilient, pleasant telephone manner
• Experience in organizing and coordinating tasks.
