About the role:

An Accounting Success Manager at FloQast helps maintain high customer satisfaction and engagement to ensure their long-term success with our software. Your previous experience as an Accounting Professional will help you build rapport with our customers and utilize your skills to ensure their success.

What You'll Do:

  1. Provide outstanding customer service, product assistance, training, and consultative solutions to meet your customers’ management and operational goals.
  2. Manage the overall relationship with a diverse portfolio of customers, including identifying expansion opportunities.
  3. Develop trusted advisory relationships aligned with customer goals and strategies.
  4. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to drive positive change.
  5. Conduct regular business reviews to assess customer needs and product adoption.
  6. Work with Account Managers to forecast renewals and mitigate churn.
  7. Identify and develop upsell and expansion opportunities.
  8. Manage customer training and education to promote product adoption.
  9. Track key metrics and use KPIs to guide success planning.
  10. Handle high-severity customer requests and escalations as needed.
  11. Drive customer success outcomes, including engagement, renewal rates, revenue expansion, and advocacy.
  12. Participate in other projects to meet company goals.

What You'll Bring:

  1. Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  2. 3-5 years of industry accounting experience, involved in the month-end close process.
  3. Fluent in German and English.
  4. Strong ability to interact with technical and non-technical teams.
  5. Proven project management skills with attention to detail.
  6. Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  7. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  8. Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Slack, G-Suite.
  • ACA or public accounting experience.
  • Familiarity with FloQast or similar software.
  • Experience managing customer escalations and negotiations.
  • Proven track record in customer satisfaction and retention.
