The Accounting & Regulatory Finance Manager, reporting to the Regional Head of Accounting & Regulatory Finance, is responsible for the financial disclosures of the legal entities within their scope, ensuring compliance with environmental, social, and corporate principles established by the group.

• Ensure timely and accurate periodic financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, yearly) in accordance with group deadlines and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain consistency and appropriateness in accounting methods.
• Perform financial analysis to ensure the quality and reliability of financial reports, monitor balance sheet accounts, and ensure proper bookkeeping.
• Provide accurate financial statements and assess the profitability of the legal entities under responsibility.
• Support the Finance Factory in the correct and timely submission of tax documents.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure accurate and timely inputs.
• Ensure proper execution of internal audits and address findings promptly.
• Support the implementation of Group initiatives at the legal entity level and drive transformation initiatives as per the company's strategy.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Accounting qualification or training as a tax clerk, or degree in economics (FH / University).
• Several years of practical experience in accounting and/or auditing.
• Proficient in SAP CAP and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Understanding of business administration; experience in insurance is a plus; strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills across all hierarchical levels in a global environment.
• High initiative, independence, and commitment.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Solution-oriented, pragmatic, and hands-on approach.
