About the Team & Business Line:

Working with our Global Subsidiary Governance Services (GSGS) team, you will collaborate with multinationals, corporates, and private clients to support their compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

About You:

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or business economics, with at least 4 years of relevant experience in an audit firm, international organization, or corporate service provider; exposure to tax-driven structures is advantageous.
• You have largely completed your postgraduate studies for certification or registration as an accountant.
• You possess strong financial, accounting, and analytical skills with a commitment to high-quality service.
• You demonstrate a commercial, dynamic attitude and excellent communication skills.
• You are capable of working independently within a team and recognize when guidance is needed.
• You can prioritize tasks, remain flexible, and maintain high accuracy.
• You are adept at managing multiple tasks under strict deadlines while producing quality work.
• You are fluent in English and German.

Your Role:

• You will guide junior team members on technical accounting questions, such as IFRS, in collaboration with operational Account Managers.
• You will ensure high standards of quality, including reviewing monthly/quarterly reports and annual accounts.
• You will proactively suggest process improvements to enhance our service quality.
• You will manage all group accounting matters for a portfolio of complex client companies, including preparing reports, VAT returns, and reviewing income tax returns.
• You will assist auditors during audits of client companies.
• You will develop and maintain a network of international clients.
• You may be involved in other client-related tasks, including legal, tax, and corporate secretary duties.
• You will communicate with clients, tax advisors, lawyers, notaries, government agencies, and other Citco offices worldwide.
