Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking an Accounting Finance Manager (m/f/d) to lead the local accounting team in Winnenden, Germany. You will manage day-to-day accounting operations, monthly close, and statutory reporting in line with IFRS and German GAAP, and coordinate audits with external teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive accounting experience, SAP S/4HANA expertise (FI/MM/CO) and strong Excel/Microsoft 365 skills, with fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or an equivalent qualification.
• IFRS and German GAAP knowledge with close attention to monthly closings.
• Experience leading an accounting team in a multinational setting.
• SAP S/4HANA FI/MM/CO knowledge with integrated MM and reporting.

We view our winning culture as a competitive advantage that powers our growth.# **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the day-to-day delivery of accounting operations across the company and lead, coach and develop the local accounting team.* Manage and coordinate the operational monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to the Head of Financial Accounting in accordance with IFRS and German GAAP.* Oversee the general ledger and sub-ledgers, including reconciliations, accruals, provisions, intercompany accounting and balance sheet substantiation.* Prepare key balance sheet, cash flow and foreign exchange reporting for EMEA Finance and local management.* Support and coordinate the operational preparation of statutory financial statements, as well as consolidation and management reporting requirements.* Execute and monitor accounting controls within the established governance framework and ensure compliance with finance policies and documentation standards.* Manage the day-to-day coordination of external and internal audits, including evidence provision, issue tracking and follow-up of agreed actions.* Act as a key finance process expert (f/m/d) for SAP S/4HANA, particularly across FI/MM/CO and integrated accounting processes.* Support project initiatives such as the implementation of digital accounting solutions, e-invoicing and scalable close-management practices.* Maintain process documentation, control narratives and work instructions in accordance with applicable standards and the governance framework. # **Your Profile:** * Extensive professional experience in accounting or financial reporting, ideally gained in an international or matrix organisation.* Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a comparable qualification; a recognised accounting qualification is an advantage.* Strong knowledge of IFRS and German GAAP, with practical experience in monthly closing, statutory accounts, reconciliations, accounting controls and audits.* Previous experience in leading, supervising or coordinating an accounting team.* Strong SAP knowledge, preferably SAP S/4HANA with experience in FI/MM/CO; understanding of integrated MM and reporting processes is an advantage.* Advanced Excel and Microsoft 365 skills.* Good command of German and English #TTI-EMEA**#LI-AC1**At TTI, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
