Qualifikationen

• Mehrere Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in Finanzen und Buchhaltung.
• Kenntnisse im Reiseausgabenrecht und in ERP-Systemen.

• Eigenständige Buchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle wie Reisekosten und Eingangsrechnungen.
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB.

You can expect the following:

1. Independent posting of all business transactions such as travel expenses and incoming invoices, bank statements, cash books and credit card statements.
2. Executing accounting transactions.
3. Assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code), analyses and statistics.

You bring along:

1. Several years of relevant professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in accounts payable.
2. Basic knowledge of travel expenses law.
3. Familiarity with the MS Office package and ERP systems, preferably MS Dynamics NAV.
4. Independent, structured, conscientious and precise way of working.
5. Team-oriented approach and willingness to learn.
