Your Tasks

• Manage accounting tasks such as bank statements, incoming invoices, credit control, recharge, travel expenses, and administrative reports.
• Support the Manager and colleagues in the accounting department.
• Gain broad knowledge of accounting tasks in the initial years.
• Assist and advise the sales department on credit, foreign currency exchange risk, and business transaction flow.
• Improve processes by defining system requirements with IT, including Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) and interfacing with bank or other systems.

Our Requirements

Experience

• Knowledge of accounting-related tasks is essential.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in accounting or finance.

Skill / Ability

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Excel for data processing.
• Accounting-related certification or training preferred.
