Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Leipzig sucht eine/n Buchhalter/in mit Fokus auf Debitoren und Kreditoren zur Bearbeitung aller Transaktionen, Sicherstellung pünktlicher Zahlungen und Vorbereitung von Monats- und Quartalsabschlüssen gemäß HGB.

Sie arbeiten an der Prozessdigitalisierung, beantworten interne und externe Anfragen und nutzen MS Office, insbesondere Excel. Erfahrungen mit SAGE 100 sind wünschenswert.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation.
• Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit Debitoren/Kreditoren.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch wünschenswert.
• Sorgfältige, analytische Arbeitsweise und hohe Zahlenaffinität.

• Alle Transaktionen in Debitoren und Kreditoren bearbeiten.
• Zahlungen termingerecht verarbeiten.
• Monats- und Quartalsabschlüsse gemäß HGB vorbereiten.
• Beiträge zur Digitalisierung von Prozessen leisten.
• An interne und externe Anfragen sachgerecht antworten.

• Process all transactions in accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Ensure payments are processed on time
• Perform preparatory activities for monthly and quarterly closing in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Contribute to the development of processes and workflows, particularly with regard to digitalization
• Participate in projects
• Respond to internal and external inquiries and clarify factual and accounting-related questions

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Experience in financial accounting
• Knowledge of German tax law is desirable
• Precise working style and the ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies
• Structured, independent, and conscientious approach to work
• Strong service orientation and solution-focused communication skills
• Very good and confident user skills in MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with SAGE 100 is desirable but not required
• Very good command of German
• English language skills are desirable
