WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Join our Trade Invoicing Team as soon as possible and ensure high-quality invoicing services together with us!

• You serve as a contact point for different units such as IT, supply chain, and customer service regarding trade invoicing activities within the O2C process, finding solutions for complex SAP topics.
• You perform end-to-end monitoring activities, support in exception handling, and analyze technical SAP-related topics to ensure invoicing efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
• You test defined concepts in the system, correct errors, and support the conceptual development of invoicing processes in compliance with legal requirements.
• At the same time, you ensure updates in case of process changes.
• You support regional and global projects from a Trade Invoicing perspective.
• You create data transparency by providing sales and KPI reports to business units and other departments.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Completed formal vocational training in Business, Commerce, and Accounting or a comparable degree or certification.
• At least 2-5 years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, or Supply Chain.
• Knowledge and skills in working with SAP R/3 and S/4HANA (valuable knowledge in SD module) as well as Microsoft tools such as Excel, Teams, Outlook, OneNote.
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or German; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Enjoy working in intercultural teams.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Gross annual salary: €40,000 - €46,000, depending on qualifications and experience, plus a bonus based on company and individual performance.
• Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and residence in Germany.
