Job summary

FPA Services GmbH in Dresden sucht eine erfahrene Buchhalterin / einen erfahrenen Buchhalter zur eigenständigen Bearbeitung der Finanzbuchhaltung unserer Mandanten. Sie arbeiten im Team, verwenden DATEV und digitale Tools, um Prozesse effizient zu gestalten.

Sie bringen eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Vergleichbares mit, ideal 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung und Interesse an aktueller Entwicklung im Rechnungswesen.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, ideal mit Jahresabschlusskenntnissen.
• Gute Erfahrungen mit DATEV oder vergleichbarer Finanzbuchhaltungssoftware.
• Hohe IT-Affinität und Interesse an digitaler Arbeit.
• Teamplayer mit Eigenmotivation und Engagement zur Optimierung bestehender Prozesse.
• Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung und Interesse an aktuellen Entwicklungen im Rechnungswesen.

Responsibilities

• Bearbeitung und Verbuchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle in der Finanzbuchhaltung unserer Gesellschaften und Mandanten.
• Überwachung des Tagesgeschäfts sowie Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Anlagebuchhaltung.
• Erstellung von monatlichen und Jahresabschlüssen einschließlich Steuererklärungen gemäß HGB sowie Konzernrechnungen innerhalb der vorgegebenen Fristen.
• Durchführung von Zahlungsverkehr für die Konzernunternehmen und Überwachung der Kontostände.
• Erstellung monatlicher betriebswirtschaftlicher Auswertungen und Statistiken.
• Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für Steuerprüfungen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern.
• Unterstützung und Konfiguration der Buchhaltungseinstellungen im ERP-System des Kunden.

Tasks

• Processing and posting current business transactions as part of financial accounting for our companies and customers
• Supervision of day-to-day operations as well as accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting
• Realisation of monthly and annual financial statements including tax returns according to HGB as well as group reporting within the specified deadlines
• Carrying out payment transactions for the Group companies and monitoring account balances
• Preparation of monthly business analyses and statistics
• Preparation of documents for tax audits
• Collaboration with tax consultants and auditors
• Support and configuration of accounting settings in the customer’s ERP tool

We are looking for

Qualification

• Completed commercial or comparable training as an accountant
• At least 3 years of professional experience in financial accounting, preferably with a focus on accounting and annual financial statements
• Good experience with DATEV accounting or relevant financial accounting software
• High IT affinity and interest in digital work are an advantage
• Team player with high self-motivation and commitment to optimize existing processes
• Willingness to undergo further training and interest in current developments in the field of accounting and financial reporting
