Zusammenfassung

TYTAN Technologies is seeking a Finance Intern to support daily financial operations, gain hands-on exposure to bookkeeping, reporting, and accounting in a fast-scaling environment. You will work closely with the accounting team to establish reliable financial processes and contribute to audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a degree program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• First exposure to accounting or finance through coursework, internships, or working student roles is a plus.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, agile environment.
• Fluency in German and English are required.
• Interest in accounting software and digital finance tools (e.g. Moss, Excel, Odoo) is welcome.
• Curiosity about process automation and how finance scales in a fast-growing company.

Aufgaben

• Support recording day-to-day financial transactions, including bank statements and reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial statements within our accounting systems.
• Help process invoices and expense reports across accounts payable and receivable.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Maintain accurate and well-structured financial records and documentation.
• Assist with audit, tax filing, and regulatory reporting preparation alongside external advisors.
• Contribute ideas to improve financial processes, documentation, and internal controls.
• Get exposure to fixed assets accounting and inter-company reconciliation.
