Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including meticulous bookkeeping, efficient invoicing, and streamlined payment processing.
• Assist with the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with HGB, leveraging our newly implemented Oracle Netsuite system.
• Provide robust support during statutory audits and ensure unwavering compliance with all relevant tax and legal regulations.
• Prepare comprehensive cash flow statements and diligently monitor cash on hand to support financial decision-making.

Eligibility & Requirements

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in finance and accounting.
• Solid knowledge of German GAAP (HGB).
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on mentality.
