Jobbeschreibung

To strengthen our team and development, we are looking for an Accountant (F / M / D) in Munich, GERMANY.

You will be working full time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Autonomous management of financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger) for 2 companies (with 50% support)
2. Monitor, reconcile, and verify the plausibility of accounts and budgets
3. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in collaboration with the Northern Europe Finance Manager and participate in monthly reporting
4. Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses to support management
5. Prepare VAT returns
6. Support the optimization and digitization of financial processes
7. General administrative tasks in the financial area

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed training as a certified accountant (e.g., federal diploma of accountant)
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in financial accounting, ideally in an SME / industry
• Proficient in closing accounts
• Confident use of SAP HANA and MS Office, especially Excel
• Initiative and a strong interest in process optimization
• Precise, reliable, and independent working method
• High level of German (oral and written) required, good knowledge of English is mandatory
