WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Posting of supplier invoices
• Processing of payments
• Posting of bank transactions
• Recording of petty cash transactions
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts
• Other general accounting and administrative office tasks

WAS SIND IHRE AUFGABEN :

• Verbuchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
• Pflege und Abstimmung von Debitoren, Kreditoren und Sachkonten
• Buchung der Bank- und Kassenbelege
• Durchführung von Mahnwesen
• Allgemeine Verwaltungsaufgaben

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS

• You have a certified business education and at least 1 years of experience in financial accounting
• You have an independent and responsible working method
• You have flexibility and ability to work in a team
• You are confident with the Microsoft Office products, experience with Bob50 is an advantage
• You are fluent in English and have a basic knowledge of German. Other languages are considered as a plus
