• You’ll be responsible for processing incoming invoices for our European entities – all within a fully digital workflow.
• You’ll be a key contact for internal teams and external vendors – handling account clarifications and managing payment reminders with confidence.
• You’ll stay on top of the accounting inbox – structured, efficient, and with an eye for what’s important.
• Recurring entries, queries, or process routines? You’ll handle them reliably and on time.
• You’ll actively support monthly and annual closing processes – deepening your expertise and growing with your responsibilities.
• You’ll bring fresh ideas and help drive process improvement projects – your input is valued and encouraged.
