P3 Logistic Parks in Frankfurt is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. You will handle monthly closings, bookkeeping, invoices and tax reconciliations in accordance with local GAAP, while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires German (native or bilingual) and professional English, with a focus on accuracy and proactive problem solving in a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to real estate and monthly closings.
• Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Germany (Frankfurt).

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

• Preparation, coordination and responsibility for monthly closing;
• Evidence and bookkeeping of invoices, bank statements, accruals and provisions, reconciliation of accounts and tax returns in accordance with local GAAP;
• Ensure meeting of internal and external deadlines;
• Collection and processing of accounting documents to ensure correct and fast processing;
• Administration and coordination of daily business within the Accounting Team;
• Approval of invoices according to P3 internal procedures;
• Preparation of cash transfers, distributions and payment of invoices;
• Liaise with staff from other departments as necessary – providing proactive support and advice on financial issues as needed;
• Handle ad hoc requests from Corporate Finance;
• Participation in ad-hoc projects related to new systems or process optimizations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to the real estate sector and monthly closings;
• Strong ability to multitask with a structured and detail-oriented work style;
• Proactive, responsible, and confident in taking ownership of tasks and driving them forward;
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder skills, with a hands‑on approach to cross‑departmental collaboration;
• German (native or bilingual) & English (professional working level)
