RTB House began operations in Germany in November 2017, growing to a dedicated team of over 30 professionals. Operating with a 'remote-first' approach, our team is spread across Germany, with an office in Berlin. Our clients include leading German, Austrian, and Swiss e-commerce brands in sectors like Fashion, Health & Beauty, Home & Garden, Travel, and Classifieds.

The successful candidate will join during a period of significant growth in the DACH region.

About the Team

The Account Management team focuses on client retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. Account Strategists manage post-sale communication, reconfigure campaigns based on performance targets, and introduce new products to the market.

Reporting to both the Team Lead of Account Management DACH and the Vice President of Account Management Strategy at HQ in Poland, the position requires residency in Germany.

What You'll Do and How You'll Make an Impact

  • Develop relationships and negotiate with decision-makers of major e-commerce companies in the DACH region
  • Upsell and cross-sell campaigns and products to grow accounts
  • Provide transparency on campaign performance to ensure premium service
  • Optimize campaigns to meet client goals
  • Enhance technical knowledge of RTB House solutions and digital marketing trends
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure campaign success
