The Account Services Representative is primarily responsible for managing the order life cycle for approximately 500 assigned store locations, equating to over 9 million lubricant gallons, and over 175 million dollars in yearly revenue. This role will manage the order life cycle process by monitoring each step, will resolve any delays, will mitigate potential delays through root cause analysis, and will communicate deviations to the process to stakeholders. This role will partner with the store operations team to resolve any supply issues. The ASR will be responsible for understanding the distribution network for assigned locations and work to improve service and collaborate with suppliers by reviewing and summarizing line item fill rates (LIFR) and days to invoice reporting. This role will monitor inventory levels to proactively address potential out of stocks (OSS). The ASR will partner with resources throughout the supply chain to provide exceptional service to the assigned stores.
