Jobbeschreibung

We are looking for a German-speaking Account Relationship Executive to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you will report to the Head of ARM and assist the Account Relationship Managers with inbound contacts. You will be responsible for building personal relationships with high-value and high-potential clients.

The goal is for you to become the main contact between the company and the customer, providing excellent service to Account Managed accounts.

Through telephone, live chats, and email communication, customers should feel comfortable discussing issues such as responsible gaming, bonuses, revenue, and source of funds.

What you will do

  • Assist the Account Managers with inbound contacts
  • Manage up to 3 live chats and support phone calls and emails as needed
  • Conduct AML interactions with account customers where possible
  • Identify potential new account customers through daily contacts
  • Handle and resolve customer issues and disputes, ensuring customers feel valued
  • Collaborate with the account management team to influence player activity and maximize retention
  • Ensure clear communication within the team to deliver excellent service and provide feedback to product and marketing teams

The role involves working shifts (8am-6pm / 11am-8pm CET) and at least one weekend per month.

  • Strong knowledge of licensed online gaming in sports and casino
