Amazon is seeking Account Managers for its Cross Border (EU>UK) Marketplace Team in Germany. Currently, over 58% of worldwide purchases from Amazon’s sites are made by third-party sellers. Our customers can choose from more than 100 million distinct products, thanks to the entrepreneurial third-party businesses on the Amazon Marketplace.

Your role will focus on expanding the UK marketplace by building strong relationships with Selling Partners and contributing to business acquisition. You will assess businesses, support their launch in the Cross Border FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon) program, and help make their products available to Amazon customers across the UK. Additionally, you will lead projects and initiatives to enhance seller and customer experiences, playing a vital role in Amazon’s UK expansion.

Key job responsibilities
  • Help selling partners recognize further potential and grow their businesses internationally, leveraging Amazon to expand their product selection to customers.
  • Manage a portfolio of selling partners, assist with their setup, and help them understand Amazon’s services and tools to be more effective in managing their Amazon business.
  • Develop and report on key performance indicators for your selling partner portfolio, providing analysis to improve performance.
  • Obtain ongoing seller feedback to assess performance and drive seller satisfaction with Amazon.
Grundqualifikationen
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated team player with a hands-on mentality, thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, think strategically and tactically, with attention to detail.
