How You'll Make An Impact At Reonic

As a Customer Success Manager for the german market, you’ll shape the future of Reonic by ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our solutions. Working closely with our development team, you’ll drive customer satisfaction, retention, and innovation in renewable technology.

What You Will Do

  • Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities in the german market
  • Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team
  • Continuously improve customer experience and streamline processes
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities and seek out potential partnerships, staying ahead of industry developments
  • Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Experience in B2B customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers
  • ️ Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering
  • Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem and a degree in economics, engineering, or a related field (are a plus)
  • Motivated to drive change in renewables and make a positive impact
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in German
