We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, independent, experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As part of a global leader in hospitality, you’ll have the opportunity to work in an innovative environment that values growth, excellence, and collaboration.

In your new role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding existing accounts while building relationships with continued and new customers. You will work in a small team, selling, and achieving set sales targets. We are currently representing 10 Hilton hotels in Germany.

Your responsibilities:

· Managing national and international agencies and corporate accounts.

· Research customers’ needs to maximize potential and conversion.

· Acquire new customers through industry events or telemarketing activities.

· Understand current corporate market conditions and competitive set in each city.

· Identify and analyse market trends.

· Seek proactive opportunities to increase sales and conversions together with the hotel teams.

· Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs.

· Arrange tours of inspections with hotel sales teams as required and organize customer events.

· Ability to be flexible and open to change.

· Focus on developing an emerging market.

We are looking for you:

· Able to work independently, highly organized, and strong administration skills.

· Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, fluent in German and English are required.

· Willingness to travel within Germany, Europe, and emerging markets (India, China etc.)

· A strong passion for sales combined with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

· An outgoing and positive personality

· A proven ability to close sales

· Experience working in sales

· Good knowledge of MS Office products
