Please note that for this role C2-level Spanish proficiency is required. This is a fully on-site position based in Berlin.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities for the Spanish markets

  • Onboard customers from day one after signature and guide them through the entire lifecycle.

  • Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team

  • Continuously improve customer experience and streamlining processes

  • Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities and seeking out potential partnerships, keeping ahead of industry developments

  • Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation

What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Experience in B2B SaaS customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers

  • Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering

  • Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem

  • Motivation to drive change in renewables and have a positive impact

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Spanish and English
