A startup in renewable energy is looking for a passionate individual to manage B2B customer relationships. This role requires C2-level Spanish proficiency and offers a chance to make a significant impact in the renewable sector while being part of a fast-growing team. Please note that for this role C2-level Spanish proficiency is required. This is a fully on-site position based in Berlin.
Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities for the Spanish markets
Onboard customers from day one after signature and guide them through the entire lifecycle.
Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team
Continuously improve customer experience and streamlining processes
Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities and seeking out potential partnerships, keeping ahead of industry developments
Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation
Experience in B2B SaaS customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers
Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering
Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem
Motivation to drive change in renewables and have a positive impact
Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Spanish and English
