You work closely with our account managers and customer success managers to expand our existing business and build long-term customer relationships. Together, we ensure ongoing customer support and development.
Your mission:
From contract renewals to identifying cross- and upsell opportunities, you are essential for expanding our customer base and increasing revenue. Our M&A strategies offer enormous potential for expansion and higher sales.
- Account Management: You are responsible for a diverse portfolio of existing customers – from low-touch to high-touch. You ensure your pipeline is always up-to-date, handle customer inquiries and tickets, and organize workflows and appointments seamlessly. By screening your customers, you recognize their individual needs and can proactively assist.
- Renewal Management: You actively renew customer contracts by creating offers, negotiating prices, and documenting all relevant insights in Salesforce and Planhat. Additionally, you find creative solutions to support our customers and meet their needs long-term.
- Expansion Management: You identify cross- and upselling opportunities, conduct demos, raise awareness of certain products, and excite our customers about the added value of our offerings.
- Experience: You have experience in B2B New Business or Existing Customer Sales, ideally for complex products.
- High-Velocity Sales: You are familiar with managing a large number of customer contacts and efficiently handling many calls per day.
- Fleet Management or Automotive Industry experience is a big plus for quickly understanding customer needs and challenges.
- Strong communication skills: You can translate complex products and concepts into simple, understandable language.
- You possess excellent organizational skills, keep your pipeline current, prioritize effectively, and work structured to achieve your goals.
- You want to continuously develop yourself and approach feedback and change proactively with a #growthmindset.
- You speak fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus!
