Salary : €50-70k gross per year depending on experience, + performance-based bonus
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 to 17 : 00

Reporting to : Reporting to the head of Group
Main Responsibilities :
- Promotional activities (across Europe) / prepare presentation materials / presentations / marketing
- Negotiate prices / services with customers, determine / manage sales prices
- Target programme progress management
- Market research / analysis (customers / competitors), customer interviews / actual vehicle surveys / exhibition surveys, etc.
- Identification of customer requirements and issues for new product development / organisation of development requirements / development requests
- Technical proposals to customers.
- Support the planning and promotion of various strategies (product strategy / supply strategy)
- Collaboration with operating companies and support until the start of mass production and supply
- Collaboration with relevant departments (R&D, PDO, FTC, YOC, etc.)
- Technical trouble-shooting (in collaboration with PDOs and others)
- Preparation / presentation of internal meeting materials
- Develop and assure smooth relationships with key accounts
- Business trips for Germany, France, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Turkey, United Kingdom, Sweden (25-50%)
Ideal Candidate :
- 3 years+ experience in sales, project management, and technical support is must
- Sales experience in the automotive sector (OEM / Tier 1 level) is hugely beneficial
- Business level fluency in English is must, German language is beneficial
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and North Africa (approx. 50% of the time)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
