A global fastener manufacturer company is currently seeking an Account Manager & Sales Engineer with 3 years+ sales experience to join their expanding international sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing key accounts, with a focus on OEM and Tier 1 customers across Europe, Turkey, and North Africa.
The ideal candidate will have sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector, along with excellent relationship-building and customer communication skills.

Type: permanent contract, with 6 months’ probation period
Salary: €50-70k gross per year depending on experience, + performance-based bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:00

Location: Seligenstadt, near Frankfurt
Reporting to: Reporting to the head of Group
Main Responsibilities:
• Promotional activities (across Europe)/prepare presentation materials/ presentations/marketing
• Negotiate prices/services with customers, determine/manage sales prices
• Target programme progress management
• Market research/analysis (customers/competitors), customer interviews/ actual vehicle surveys/exhibition surveys, etc.
• Identification of customer requirements and issues for new product development / organisation of development requirements / development requests
• Technical proposals to customers.
• Support the planning and promotion of various strategies (product strategy/supply strategy)
• Collaboration with operating companies and support until the start of mass production and supply
• Collaboration with relevant departments (R&D, PDO, FTC, YOC, etc.)
• Technical trouble-shooting (in collaboration with PDOs and others)
• Preparation/presentation of internal meeting materials
• Develop and assure smooth relationships with key accounts
• Business trips for Germany, France, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Turkey, United Kingdom, Sweden (25-50%)
Ideal Candidate:
• 3 years+ experience in sales, project management, and technical support is must
• Sales experience in the automotive sector (OEM/Tier 1 level) is hugely beneficial
• Business level fluency in English is must, German language is beneficial
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and North Africa (approx. 50% of the time)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
