What You Will Do

We're seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Account Executive to take charge of our go-to-market strategy for a territory of global companies headquartered in North America. In this high-impact role, you'll be at the forefront of revenue growth, combining strategic sales execution with a customer-first approach that blends Sales and Customer Success. You'll be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and owning the entire sales cycle - from pipeline generation to deal closure - while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities :

  • Manage and expand territory, balancing new customer acquisition with nurturing existing accounts
  • Own the entire sales process from beginning to end, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, value proposition presentation, solution demonstration, negotiation, and closing
  • Outreachtoprospectivecompaniesandprospectiveteams at existingcustomers to explain the valueproposition,demonstratesolutions, andconvert toloyal customers
  • Receive guidance and support from leadership but exercise independent thinking and initiative to achieve sales goals
  • Create and follow disciplined account and territory plans that will help maximize new revenue growth.
  • Help customersbuild and constructbusiness plansthatgeneratesuccessfulfunding ofenterpriselicense purchases
  • Executestrategic sales plays tailored to specific customer profiles
  • Follow up onleadsand inbound requestsin your territoryand maximizeconversion rate of trials (e.g.adjust email sequences and messaging)
  • Localizeandrun marketing campaigns with support from our central team
  • Coordinate and enablepost-dealproductadoption(e.g.trainings)supported by a central enablement team
  • Monitor customer healthtodetectand prevent churn

You will be great for this position if you have

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a commercialclosingrole (e.g.accountmanagement orsales) inasoftware or tech company, ideally in a startup or growth environment
  • Winning attitude with provenachievement ofrevenue targets
  • Experience in navigatingcomplexorganizational structures and corporate dynamics of largeglobalcustomers
  • Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills with the ability to build andmaintaincustomer relationships
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Appreciation of our product - willingness to understand think-cell’s product and value is a must (don’t worry, it’s very intuitive); experience with Think-cell is a plus
  • Willingness to work on-site inDenver, minimum of 3 days / week
  • Understanding of common GTM tools (e.g.Salesforce.com, Outreach.io)andproficiencyin Microsoft Office
  • Experience working withmanagement consultancies and / orfinancial servicescustomers is a plus
