Customer Account Manager (m/f/d) – Frankfurt

Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home office)

Our client, a leading financial services and payment systems company, is looking for a dedicated Customer Account Manager (m/f/d) to support and develop a portfolio of small and medium-sized customers.

As a Customer Account Manager, you will be the central contact for your assigned customer portfolio and ensure proactive support and excellent service – by phone and email. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding customer relationships, increasing profitability, and contributing significantly to customer satisfaction.

What you would do

Proactive support and service for a portfolio of small and medium-sized customers via telephone and email

Maintain, grow, and increase the profitability of customer relationships

Identify cross-selling and upselling potential in the area of merchant processing products and services

Act as the escalation point for internal and external customer inquiries

Create reports, presentations, and offers based on customer information

Work closely with internal teams to implement customer-oriented solutions

Who you are/experience needed

University degree or comparable professional experience

1-2 years of experience in customer management or account management, ideally in the financial or payment services sector

Fluent German and English skills

Strong customer focus and communication skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Organizational and project management skills

Confident use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
