• Schulungen und Feldbesuche zur Verbesserung der Fähigkeiten der Vertriebsteams.

We are currently looking for an

Account Manager (m/f/d) Animal Health (Biosecurity)

After comprehensive training on our products, biosecurity, and farm-to-fork approach, you will be responsible for sales and technical support for customers and distributors in Spain.

Your main responsibilities include:

1. Managing the sales budget for Pigs and Poultry, aiming for ambitious growth
2. Enhancing the skills of sales teams from local partners through training and field visits
3. Providing technical support and solutions related to our products and biosecurity
4. Collaborating with farm and company stakeholders to ensure biosecurity protocols are properly implemented
5. Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for P&P in Germany with the Sales Manager
6. Creating value-creation projects within P&P customers
7. Handling commercial aspects like pricing and orders in coordination with Customer Service
8. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with partners in your territory
9. Reporting to the Divisional Manager DACH & Nordics Animal Health, setting action plans and sales targets, and introducing new products

Your profile:

1. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
2. Deep knowledge of animal production, especially dairy, poultry, or swine, or in health/nutrition fields
3. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, preferably Veterinary or Agronomy
4. At least 5 years of experience in Pigs and/or Poultry industry, with biosecurity experience preferred
5. Dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset
6. Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time
