  • You build lasting and successful customer relationships through personal and/or digital consultations.
  • You proactively approach potential and existing customers in the engineering sector and present our service portfolio.
  • You determine the personnel needs of your accounts and match these with the expertise of our applicants / project employees.
  • You design tailored offers and conduct price and contract negotiations.
  • You acquire and support our project staff and take on disciplinary leadership responsibilities.
  • You actively participate in the development and implementation of our regional business strategies.
  • An optimal start: We offer you 2 days of Welcome Days and many other individual trainings, coaching sessions, and e-learnings from our FERCHAU Academy.
