JOB CONTEXT

In our Aigle office based in (office location), we are waiting for our next Account Manager.

You will be part of the (manager's name) team, our (manager job description), and will put your expertise to work for a sustainable and responsible brand. In order to, your role will be to (short sentence about the job).

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS

  1. Retain a portfolio of existing customers and develop it through commercial prospecting actions;
  2. Guarantee commercial results by monitoring the performance indicators of your scope (turnover, volume, product presence rate, Market Shares);
  3. Premiumize the brand and optimize operational marketing tools: on-site information and on-site advertising;
  4. Develop and optimize shelf market shares (merchandising, assortments, promotions, prices);
  5. Master the technicality of products, train your customers' teams and act as a brand ambassador;
  6. Organize your store tour plan in an independent and organized way.

JOB SPECIFICS

Daily travail will be part of the activity, in order to meet the different clients and prospects of your area.

The travelling required for this role involves the detention of a valid driving license.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU

  1. You have at least (number) years of experience in the (area);
  2. You have at least 3 years' experience as a salesperson in the Nature or Sport sector for a DIY centre, hypermarket, agricultural self-service centre or garden centre;
  3. You are passionate about sales: you have excellent interpersonal skills;
  4. You are results-oriented: you implement concrete, targeted actions to meet and exceed objectives;
  5. You are organised and thorough: you adapt the frequency of visits and optimise rounds in line with a sales action plan for the various networks, business priorities and weekly assignments;
  6. You can take initiative: you will help to develop sales by proposing solutions and keeping an eye on the competition.
