Your tasks
  • Develop and implement account plans to grow the business and SoW within the district.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities and positioning strategies.
  • Identify high potential customers & find the right contacts within the company to introduce our products & services.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understand key customers’ needs and requirements.
  • Ensure that the sales and opportunity funnel is in line with the sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities to expand SoW by introducing additional products or services.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Represent the company at customer events and conferences.
  • Maintain customer information (data) in CRM Systems.
Your profile
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Excellent communication skills to understand and address clients' needs, deliver persuasive sales pitches, capture the attention of potential clients, provide support and handle any issues or concerns.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of the company's products and services.
  • CRM usage is essential.
  • Solution selling skills.
  • Selling center expertise and buying center understanding.
  • Fluent in English and local language.
  • Technical know-how to open discussions for design-in.
