Role Overview:

As an Account Manager in the Sales department, you will manage and nurture relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities, playing a vital role in reimagining the labor market to benefit everyone.

Your responsibilities:

1. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
4. Prepare reports on account status and provide feedback to management.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve KPIs and ensure client satisfaction.
6. Demonstrate excellent listening, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
7. Possess experience as an Account Manager, Business Developer, or similar role.
8. Be results-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
9. Communicate effectively in French, German, and English; Luxembourgish is a plus.
10. Have experience with CRMs, MS Office, and knowledge of recruitment market trends.
