Join our team as an Account Manager. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying, pursuing, and developing new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities:

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of existing clients.
  • Prepare reports on account status and provide feedback to management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve KPIs while keeping clients satisfied and engaged.
  • Demonstrate excellent listening, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Have experience as an Account Manager, Business Developer, or similar role.
  • Be results-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate effectively in French, German, and English; Luxembourgish is an asset.
  • Have experience with CRMs, MS Office, and knowledge of the recruitment market and trends.
